A security incident has occurred at the supplier of our reservation system. Data belonging to our guests may have been involved in this incident.

The supplier of our reservation system has reported that unauthorised parties gained access to part of their systems. Access to all systems was blocked immediately and additional security measures have been taken. An investigation into the cause, scope and possible consequences of the incident has been started.

As the investigation is still ongoing, we cannot yet say with certainty whether personal data of our customers has been involved and, if so, which data of which guests is concerned.

If personal data has been involved, this may include:

• Name and contact details, such as email address, address and telephone number
• Information about reservations, both past and current reservations

If personal data has indeed been leaked, there is an increased risk of phishing via email, messages or phone calls, for example. Please be extra alert to suspicious messages that appear to come from us, and contact us if you do not trust a message. When opening emails and other messages, check the sender and look out for spelling errors, for instance. Verify telephone numbers and what comes after the @ sign in an email address.
