The hotel on Texel has got its own restaurant La Casserole.The Burgundian and friendly à la carte restaurant in the heart of the main street of De Koog serves delicious meals from the island kitchen to hotel guests as well as passers-by.

La Casserole has been known for years for its high standards, preparing typically Texel products such as Texel lamb, sea buckthorn, shrimps from the Dutch Wadden or cheese from "Wezenspyk". The restaurant is the right place to go if you're looking to be overindulged with a culinary full course dinner. And ending it with a special coffee at the fireplace. Or on coming to lunch you might also be surprised at the sumptuous menu during the day. The choice is entirely up to you.
